Jianwei Zhang, PhD, Associate Professor. Jianwei Zhang received his bachelor degree in electrical engineering from the Northwest A&F University, Yangling, Shaanxi, China, in 2014. He received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, in 2018. From 2015 to 2018, he has been working as a Casual Academic at the Faculty of Engineering and IT, UTS. In 2018, he joined the Inner Mongolia University of Technology (IMUT), Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China. He is now an Associate Professor in College of Electric Power, IMUT. He was a visiting scholar at University of Nottingham, UK, from 2022 to 2023. His research interests include control of power electronic converters, matrix converters, microgrids and AC motor drives.

主要从事电力电子与电力传动、控制、微电网以及电机驱动等方面的研究。主持内蒙古自治区自然科学基金、高校青年科技英才项目、自治区留学回区人员创新项目、内蒙古自治区人才开发基金、内蒙古自治区直属高校基本科研业务费项目等项目,参与内蒙古科技重大专项等项目多项。
担任IEEE PES电力电子化电力系统建模与特性分析技术分委会 常务理事,内蒙古建筑智能用电安全标准委员会 委员,高新技术企业评审专家;现为多个国际期刊以及会议审稿人:IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Sustainable Energy, IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics, IET Power Electronics, Electric Power Components and Systems, IEEE Access, IECON, 以及ECCE等。
